Melafella Show Bulldogs' are Ian Ferguson who has owned bulldogs for over 20 years.

Trudi Robertson who has owned & exhibited bulldogs since 1995, and has judged bulldogs since 2002.

Trudi is currently on the Bulldog Breed Council Breed Specialist Judging B list. 

Robyn Ferguson who has owned bulldogs since 1998.

The home of Melafella Show Bulldogs is in Delves Lane, Consett, County Durham in the North East of England.

Melafella have bred quality, healthy bulldogs since 1999 and have an established MELAFELLA line.  Much care, thought and hard work is put into each litter and the results and rewards speak for themselves, (just read what we have achieved with our show dogs that we have bred) we are very proud of all our brood bitches and equally our stud dogs. Each litter we breed is reared in the Melafella home. We breed very seldom and only for our enjoyment and to maintain our quality healthy show stock.

Melafella Bulldogs have had and continue to have great success in the show ring, and are consistently placed at Open & Champ Breed Shows &

General Open & Championship shows.

We have since 1995 enjoyed the showing side of Bulldogs,  our past and present show team have gained many rosettes and awards.

In 2000 we achieved our first RCC (Reserve Challenge Certificate) in 2005 our first J.W (Junior Warrant) also in 2005 we achieved our first CC

 (Challenge Certificate) and also our first homebred 'CHAMPION' was crowned in that year.

We are unashamedly proud that in the year 2005 we had TWO Melafella bitches competing in the most prestigious show in the Bulldog calendar BULLDOG OF THE YEAR, again in 2006 we have one bitch competing in BULLDOG OF THE YEAR.

Trudi currently serves on two Bulldog Committee's The Northumberland and Durham Bulldog Club and the Sheffield and District Bulldog Club.

Trudi also attends and assists at Consett Canine Society Ring Training.
